Common pipeline
- Inventory. Parse every report definition: queries, parameters, layout, formatting and lineage.
- Usage. Join the platform's usage log for runs, users and last run in the past 12 months.
- Rationalize. Collapse clones that differ only by agency or date into one parameterized family, across platforms.
- Convert. Generate the Power BI artifact per family: paginated report (RDL), semantic model (TMDL) or Power BI report.
- Validate. Run the original and the rebuilt query with the same parameters and compare rows, totals and a record hash (query-based reports).
